 I am an Integrative Counsellor, trained to help you using a range of different therapies covering a wide range of difficulties. I have worked in various roles supporting people for over 20 years and I'm fully qualified, registered and insured for your total peace of mind. I am also a Mental Health Trainer, writing and delivering training packages for individuals, community organisations and businesses.
